You gotta take off the exhaust A-pipe, & take off that cover plate over the bottom of the flywheel. If it's a GSR you've got a couple braces between the tranny & the block. But it's still just nuts & bolts - not too hard.

Open up the gasket & lay it out flat for a day or 2. That way it's not trying to curl up when you try to put the pan back on...
