vtec not working
Have you checked your oil level???
Also, this new block, what type is it, cause if it's not Vtec, you need to run another line for the Vtec rockers to lock up...
You may also want to check and make sure that they remembered to plug in the Vtec solenoid as well as the pressure senders in back, if the one closest to the manifold isn't plugged in or loose, it won't give the ECU the ok to turn Vtec on cause it thinks you're oil pressure is too low.
One is a low pressure indicator, the other is for the Vtec I guess...not entirely sure, but I know if you switch them, then the Vtec won't work...They both look kinda like smurfs...ahhaha...or little black nipples, any way you want to look at it, try switching them and see what happens.

Aj
