6500 for everything including ECU, tranny, axles? or just the motor?
Either case, it is wayyyy to much. The only thing going for it is the age of the motor. B18C5 complete changeovers average about $4500 to $5000 nowadays.

yeah its illegal but i wouldnt care.....and brand new means this year or posibly last year engines...nothing has changed on them

maybe you wouldnt.
California has strict laws. You get caught, you pay the price.
The engine has to be same year or newer and have all sensors in working order.
