Default OBD conversion help needed QUICK!

Ive got a B16A2 from a '00 Civic Si that I'm going to swap into my '91 CRX Si. I need to know what is the easiest way to convert the B16's OBD-2 to the CRX's OBD-0. Also, what should I do about the hydo clutch convo?
