Default oil jet?

I just got my new D16z6, well, new to me. Im going to be disassembling everything and cleaning it all befor I put it in. well I came across this site and it says the following..........If you use the Z6 head, you need to do a bit of modification to the dist, along with removing the Oil Jet out of the A6 block. Otherwise VTEC will not activate due to lack of oil pressure, the Z6 head has one built into it already..............
so im not really sure, this is saying that I need to remove the "oil jet"? I dont know what this is? if anyone could help me out it would be appreciated, if this is a stupid question, im sorry but i have to ask.
by the way, I read here everyday, but I never post because theres nothing i have to offer that all of you dont already know.
-thanks

I don't know why you pulled up all this A6 bunk if you have a full Z6 engine.

If you're using a d16a6 block, like someone doing a mini-me in a crx si, you have to remove the oil squirter from the block. The z6 block doesn't have one. Don't **** with anything. You're good to go.

Yea, I agree with Bakeoff. It sounds like someone is referring to modifying a block for a hybrid motor, like drilling a hole for a knock sensor on an LS/VTEC.

If you are putting it on a non-vtec block, you'll ahve to take out the oil jet. So, if it's a d15 block, you will have to remove it. If it's a stock z6 block, you have nothing to do.
