Hey guys, my name and address was posted in that thread, and it's showing up fairly high in Google results when people search for my name.

I'd like to have that edited/deleted, since I don't want someone to find my address simply by searching my name.

The post has been edited. However, we cannot guarantee that Google will remove it from their search.
