I use them on the forums I frequent out of necessity. I cant sit and F5 at work...it grabs my attention in my Gmail box if a topic is updated.

well, can't sit and f5 all the time...been a bit slower lately. Also, my gmail comes to my phone. If a topic of interest is pinged, I can sign on.

Probably an obvious answer but are your notifications setup for instant or delayed?

We are currently experiencing about a 40 minute email delay with the notifications. Please let us know if this gets worse or better in the Front Desk.
