i drove the car last week and i think pretty impressive on the handling on that tiny little car but with the money you have to pay for FIT, i would probably get a civic instead! Of course FIT is all bout the space in the cargo room ...is more than civic with the seat fold down and it got more features than the civic LX. especially the seats.....

plus there's no discount on it what so ever, cuz of the gas price right now. the car is basically at MSRP now and is selling!!

However, don't expect much in the way of markups for the Fit, either. Any markup for the Fit will make the car just as expensive as a Honda Civic LX sedan.

I went by the dealer on my lunch break today to get a look at one.

they had the base model w/ 5 speed for $14395 out in the front. I just walked around it, and was really impressed with the way it looked in person.

I want to get behind the wheel

I'll take mine in blue, please

I went to a local Honda dealership on the way home last week just to see if they had it. They had an automatic blue sport model and yes, it had a markup of $1999 or $2999. I can't remember the exact figure. Unfortunately, dealerships know these things will sell with gas prices the way they are. I'd just wait a few months for the hype to die down.
