Do you have an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator, aftermarket injectors, fuel rail, fuel pump, etc, etc?

VTEC-Air Fuel Controller(I am assuming you have a DOHC or SOHC VTEC) if not, then just your basic AFC will work.

Did you do any mods directly prior to getting this code?

I have a B16A2 with just intake and straight pipe. That's it. No other mods. How much is that air fuel controller? What does it basically do anyways?

You're running a straight pipe? This could be related to why you are runing rich/lean. Your ECU could be reading too much on emmissions and leaning your fuel mixture out to try and correct it.

I don't think it's because of the straight pipe because I had the code even before the straight pipe. can i fix it by buying the VAFC? Also, how much and what does it bascially do?

It might be a possability, but you need to find out why you are too rich/lean first cause it may be just a simple thing you need to do instead of haveing to go buy a $300-$400 piece of electronics.
