ice box vs. CAI

whats the deal with the ice box intake? what exactly is it, and why does it have an advantage over an AEM CAI??

i have done some searching, and not found much.

it is guaranteed not to suck water into the engine becuase the filter remains in the stock location with piping leading to the fenderwell.

also i heard somewhere that if your engine does manage to suck water into it using the icebox, comptech will replace the engine. dunno it thats true or not. :dunno:
