Sounds like teh guy here in Dallas, 5th gen white coupe, eats W5.6 and SS all day long. My friend just moved to houston, he has a B20/VTEC in his, but has only 12.5CR and no cams yet.

what do are jun stage 2 cams like? i/e duration, lift, drivablility, needed valvetrain upgrades? is there a stage3 or other agressive cam? do the stages stay around the same from company to company? I just got a civic and I want to do a hardcore n/a setup.

I also want to add that I have a b18b block in the garage and I am asking b18b questions. I didn't swap yet cause I'm still planning. One more question: what are the i/e lift, duration of the big lobes on the gsr and type-r integras? just curious for compairison sake.

any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

What do b20 long blocks usually go for and who makes a high compression piston for that big of a bore? I am going the route of b20 with a b16 head, any suggestions would be much appreciated. BTW, i have a b16 long block, moderately built w/ clutch if anyone is interested, thanks.

Beating an SS camaro with a B18C and no forced induction or Nitrous will not happen unless you spend a ton of money.

My friend has a 99 Anniversary edition camaro which he ran 13.8 when it was stock. The SS is only like 10hp more. He now runs 13.0 @106 w/ I/H/E and chip. That's on some super hard a/s seasons tires and 17 inch chrome Vette ZR-1 rims. On something stickier he'd be a high 12.

Just get a 75 shot of nitrous and some drage radials if that's your soul mission in life. I think you'll be disappointed when you spend all that money to do it NA.
