Prep work 4 Supercharged Si?
i see questions like this on the boards all the time. the main fact is that its a against the law for the dealership to do that. the truth is... if u start modding ur car, sooner or later u forget about the laws and regulations and just do what u want. who cares. dont let that shit ruin ur fun:thumbup:
I emailed Honda and this is thier reply:

If damage is due to modifications Honda would be able to warranty it.
Don
P.S. if you have additional questions specifically regarding warranty try American Honda’s web site, they will be able to be more specific.

I have a question concerning aftermarket parts on a 2000 Honda civic Si. The owner want to purchase a supercharger or turbocharger, and install it himself. If somthing were to happen to the motor, i.e piston failure, bent rods, piston rings. Would honda cover the damage?
Thanks in advance
Matthew
