Mini-Me swap questions!!! HELP
Okay i have an 88 CRX si engine and i have a 95 civic ex cylinder head and i already have the z6 headgasket.. now for the install do i really need to take off the drive pulley? can't i just work my way around the pulley or not?
Also can someone explain to me better what TDC is? like have the #1 piston at TDC (top dead center) but how do i get the #1 piston to be at TDC? when i turn off my car does it automatically go to the #1 piston as TDC or would i have to counter clockwise my drive pulley and just guess where the top is.
If i need to take off the drive pulley whats the best way?

yes...you must take the drive pulley off
as far as top dead center...its the top of the compression stroke ie pistion is all the way up and all the valves are closed
there are many different methods of doing this...you find the one you like
