Default Is this valve engine damage?

I went out to the track on my rsx type s. I has about 4500k. I launched the car on 1st and spun out then shifted to second gear. The car then revved and the car was not moving forward for about 3secs before I got it to go forward. I had a total of four runs at the track after that with no problems. The car ran fine until I hit the highway and the car seemed to have resistence when I open the throttle to pass up cars. I stopped the car and checked the oil and other stuff. Everything was fine. When I got back to my city. I drove on 1st gear and pressed the throttle to pull the rpms. The car seems to struggle after 3krpms up to redline. Sometimes it would pause and then pull pause then pull. I tried that with 2nd and 3rd gear. The same thing happens. I brought the car back to the dealer and they say nothing is wrong with my car. I had to admit if you drive the car normally and shift at 3 to 4k rpms the car runs perfect. The car only struggles when go to the upper rpms. I can't tell the dealer I was at the track they'll void my warranty. Anyone with any suggestions?

Insist the dealer take the engine to redline on their test drive, saying "it has no passing power"...?

Are you sure you're not feeling clutch slip?
