how difficult is it to drill and tap ur intake manifold for the fogger system, is the metal thick enough to tap it easily or u looking at extremely carefully tapping it with a tight thread? for neone who has done this.

Thick.

Just make absolutely sure you clean out all metal shavings. That could really ruin your day.

I would stick a vacuum attachment into each runner and just leave it on while I drilled it.

excellent, but the intake manifold side runners are thick metal so its a breeze to tap it right? im gonna pull the intake off so ill be sure to clean it all up and deburr as well as get out all the shavings. i was just afraid the metal wasnt that thick and id have issues with tapping it, id hate to drill the hole and then have a horrible time with it stripping out on me cuz it wouldnt have enough threads to get a good hold on the fogger nozzles.

Get a good drill and make sure you know what you're doing.

I think the Noszles or whatever NOS came out with would be a better solution. Costs more-- Yes, but you can easily install, uninstall without changes, and you can always sell the system more easily.

direct port systems come with foggers for however many cylinders ur engine has or how many intake ports are leading into the engine, the particular kit im checking out has the fogger nozzles that have a prethreaded outside, so u just tap the intake manifold with the right thread and slip them in and use either type of locktite or other thread sealer to lock them in place.
