when you took it off, was there a little donut or gasket that needed to go in there inside the connection? if so did you forget it or not put it in correctly?

i checked the donut & the gasket... both are fine. my friends whom had greddy before said it knocked and rattled a lot... therefore it could be something loose within the cat or something. anyway, i ordered apexi exhaust from RPM motorsport from our sponsers here at HAN.. so when i install it.. i will double check it again. hopefully my exhaust come in next week. ordered it on thursday... but haven't got tracking yet...

haha... finally found out the reason why... two bolts holding the exhaust together were getting old. i think honda just lubed the new ones up and reinstalled them. so now the sound is a lot less. the other scratching sound is emulated from the intake... in which it magnifies it.
