How would you tune according to CA standards?

Default How would you tune according to CA standards?

Since CA would only give us 91 Octane fuel at most, how would you tune a high-performance vehicle to take 91 Octane pump gas?

tune it until it detonates, then back it off until it doesnt.

There's a 76 station about 10 mins from my house that pumps 100 octane "Competition" gas. It's around 4 bux a gallon
