what have u done recently to it? last time u changed plugs, plug wires cleaned ur injectors, distributor, etc... did u adjust ur timing at all? or have u just left it alone? give us a run down of what mod's u have and what ur car condition is in and we'll be able to give u more to work off of,turning the idle screw up in the mean time is a good idea to avoid the car dying out on you, mine was acting up recently dying at stop lights but i cleaned the injectors took off the fuel rail and cleaned it all and its fine now.

Did you put the plug wires on one at a time or did you pull them all of and put them on? It sounds to me like you have the plug wires out of sink with the timing. Make sure that #1 is where it is supposed to be and then put them on in the proper order(refer to a manual) make sure that they are going in the right direction!!
