43.5 off vac is fine. That's right around stock fuel pressure.

im not sure if that 43.5 is vac off or on. it just says that its 43.5 set. Should i just leave it alone or turn it up a little bit?

It should be 43.5 with vac off, since fuel pressure readings are taken at atmospheric pressure. Even if it was 43.5 with vac connected, the pressure would go up at atmospheric pressure, so you still wouldn't run lean.
