how do i change the idle

Default how do i change the idle

My 96 civic DX has been acting weird it idles at like 500 rmps its a 5spd and sometimes it just stalls out when i stick it in neutral. I was wondering if there was a screw and where and how to adjust it so my idle is a little higher if anyone knows please tell me thanks
I need to know this asap im having huge probs and it seems when the heats on or the ac it doesnt drop that low i dont know whats up

you can adjust the idle stop screw......it won't guarantee you to not idle high, but won't let it idle too low.....throwing any codes?

I cant seem to find the screw on my car and im throwing an oxygen code. but it has been doing that even before i starting throwing the code. thanks
