Default b16 assembly questions.

I'm putting my b16 back together this week. It is a 1st gen, but could I get a manual from a 94-95 delsol with the b16? I just need to know like torq settings and squish clearances on my bearings. Also have some kind of wiring diagram so I can figure out how the hell to put this thing back the way it was.

Oil clearance should be .0009-.0017 on the mains and .0013-.0020 on the rods. Torque the mains to 18# then 58#. Torque rods to 23# and the heads to 49# with an A2 or 62# with an A3 motor in steps. Damper bolt goes to 130#

I'd recommend looser clearances on the bearings, even as high as 3 thousandths. You'll free up more power as the clearances get looser, but you'll loose long term reliability
