Default quicky question about ecu compatibilty

i just swapped a d16y7 (98 dx) motor in my 94 HB civic. runs good and it is strong but runs really lean, probably due to me using my stock cx computer. which ecu is good for this OBD-1 swap? i was thinkning 94-95 LS ecu, but please give me some feedback and explain, thanks!!

You will run very rich if you use that ecu. Even with afc tuning you will still be rich in the higher rpms. Just use your ecu or upgrade to si ecu (PM6??). Have your ecu remapped or get an afc.

Hello! PM6 si ECU is an OBD0 ECU for 88-91 Civic Si. Your car need an P06 ECU (92-95 Civic DX) or remapped chip. U see the OBD0 uses 16 teeth crank sensor whereas your OBD1 ECUs uses 24. To fit a PM6 ECU into your require a OBD0 wiring harness plus a 88-91 si distributor. We have some P05 chip but they only modify the rev limit so it won't help in your case.
