Default wire cover bolts question!

Just installed a chrome tenzo r wire cover on my b18c head. Was i suppose to torque those tiny nuts? Looking at the cover from the front of engine bay, looks smooth and fine. But when I look from the side or at an angle the cover looks wavey due to the nuts holding it down. I didn't tighten the nuts too hard. Anyone have the same problem?

Less than 5 ft-lbs is the torque on those little studs. As for it looking wavy, I'm not sure what you can do about it, just be sure not to over-tighten, or you could snap something off pretty easy.

It might just be the build quality of the Tenzo piece.
