Default ACT 6 puck clutch

I have an ACT 6 puck clutch with hd pressure plate, after i broke it in, like about 800 miles, it started to making screeching noises when i take off. Some people told me that its normal, but it gets annoying. Would anyone know what the problem would be?

It sounds like what you're describing is clutch chatter, which is pretty common wiht puck style discs. Try launching or taking off with at a higher RPM and see if it lessens the chatter.

that chatter is normal..... here is how to fix it.

from a stand still put it in 5th gear, rev to around 4500 and slip the clutch slowly, once it getts hot let all the way off the clutch adn it will contenue to slip, hold it for about 2 sec then let off. the screaching will be gone. doing this getts the glazing off hte clutch disk, i have to do it about once every 2500 miles
