Default 92 accord auto tranny problems

I have a 92 automatic honda accord, the other day while driving on the interstate @ about 85-90 it suddenly down shifted into 3rd and stayed there. The only other gear that works is 1st, but only if I put the shift in it. regardless what gear I have the shift in the d4 light stays on. ive heard it could be fluid or compter. ive added fluid but im about to drain it and replace it. as far as the computer goes i was told to pull the spare radio fuse which in turn would reset the comp.?????? any suggestions or help would be greatly appreiciated. thanx in advance.
