No way! stay away from the prelude engines... they suck bad. b20a5's I believe, worst honda motor, should not be considered a "B" series motor! It's the ugly stepchild.
True, they do have some torque, and 140 hp at the flywheel, but they are just not made for the tuner's task. I have spend thousands trying to mod my old lude, and the only real option was turbo, but still, way better off even with a cheap D18A from an old teg.
BTW, I ended up making that lude into a convertable...
