Default D16 Crank pulley bolt

Which way is the crank pulley bolt supposed to turn to loosen? Is it reverse threaded or is it still righty tighty lefty loosey?

Heat the bolt up really good with a propane or MAPP gas torch to break the locktite and make it easier to remove.

My crank tool on the end of a 5ft steel pipe, and a 17mm socket on the end of my 4ft jack handle worked perfectly for me.
