Default d16a and d16zc rods and pistons

aight so i was reading a different thread on here and i saw that the d16a engines out of integras and the d16zc engines out of older civics and crx's are very similar engines. i'm in the process of doin a mini-me swap and turnin my engine into a sohc vtec, i was gonna put some ZC rods and pistons in my engine but they're pretty hard to find so i was wonderin if i could also use the d16a pistons also and get the same results???

It's the same motor, that's the main reason that there is so much similarities.

It would help if we knew what kind of motor you have.
