We both may be right there is always a debate about the flow rate of these injectors

345cc at 100% duty cycle
310 is around 90% duty cycle

i picked up a set that was flow balanced by RC froma buddy that went turbo and went bigger....RC said 345cd. Hondata is, I believe the source of the 310cc, and I have been told they dont test at 100%...

Running at 100% duty cycle is not recommended at all. On OEM-type injectors you shouldn't go past 80% duty cycle, with specialized pieces like RC's you can go up to about 90% safely.

im just pointing out that the injectors sizes are relevant to how they are measured. as far as i know all honda injector ratings are NORMALLY rated at 100%, but hondata rates at 80 or 90 percent....throwing figures around and calling each other wrong dont make much sense unless the flow rate is qualified.

and i agree that 100% flow rate in real use is a long way from safe or sane when looking for the limits of your engines out put.
