id actatually think it'd be kinda cool to see an insight w/ a k series swap, kinda like a new school CRX. it would take some serious $ but hell it'd be fun to try and original.

damn why was everyone so quick to knock the idea

thats actually what we are doing, jdm k series type r swap

all custom mounts are going to be made and we are going to have to figure out what spindles to use b/c obviously the insights axles are much smaller in diameter. We bought a insight for 970 dollars, with no frame damage, but all of the panels are scratched and dented. everyone can say what they want now but you'll change your mind when you see the pics. 200 hp to the wheels in a 1500 lb car with a 6 speed is gonna shock alot of people. Everyone doubted me when i told them that i would be putting a h22a in a crx with homemade welded mounts from scratch. 2 years later its still running mid 12s with the only mod being a header and k&n filter. not one broken axle yet
