Default Which cams are which, Type R/GSR?

How can you tell the difference between ITR camshafts and GSR camshafts. I just bought some used ones from a guy and the claimed ITR's cam lobes look the exact same as the GSR's. Are there any sure ways of confirming that these are the real deal?

you can measure the lobe height. They are as follows:

Integra GSR Intake
Primary - 33.41116 mm
Mid - 36.37788 mm
Secondary - 34.54654 mm

Integra Type R Intake
Primary - 33.08858 mm
Mid- 35.91052 mm
Secondary - 34.73196 mm

Integra GSR Exhaust
Primary - 33.11144 mm
Mid - 35.72002 mm
Secondary- 34.38144 mm

Integra (or Civic) Type R Exhaust
Primary - 32.78378 mm
Mid - 36.33216 mm
Secondary - 34.69132 mm

That should solve the problem. There is no part number on the cams...
Their should be, that would make things much easier.
