According to Wiki(shit source I know), the F22A1 came in CB7's and the type S lude. I've got an F22B2 block with an F22A1 head on it. The intake side has the CD bolt pattern on it. The exhaust looks to be a lude. Any ideas? The casting numbers on the head are PT-3 and HF-0, if that helps.
