01 MDX Cold Start Misfires

01 MDX Cold Start Misfires
Cyl 3 and 5 read misfires.
Replaced plugs and cleaned EGR ports but no luck.
Check engine light still comes back on. You can barely hear it miss at startup. But then it runs fine. Any help would be great.
