We cant figure what the hell is wrong with the car it cranks but doesnt turn over and theres no spark we had a diagnostic done 2 it but what they told us was wrong we checked all the fuses and i replaced the cap, rotor, and igniter unit for him i also checked the plugs and there fine i dont know what else to do i dont want to tell him to bring it back to the diagnostics place so any help will be appreciated

Yeah im sure the timing belt isn't broken and yes the distributor is turning now just yesterday we tried and cranked it again and it lived for about 2 seconds and now it dont even turn over imm ready to give up on that damn car
If you had no spark then all of a sudden you had spark for a few seconds I would lean towards a problem with either the coil or the voltage going to the coil. When you say it won't turn over do you mean it will crank but won't fire or that the battery is worn down from trying to crank it so much? How are you checking for spark?
