you cant really tell the diff. between them unless your familiar with each one. You will have to have them measured to see what the profile is on each one that will tell you what is what.

I wish I had my books here with me, then I could tell you the numbers, but by measuring the lobe hight you can tell if its a B16, GsR or Type R, you need a precision micrometer though, not a tape measurer.
