we jsut sent in an h22a4 block for sleeving. we expect total cost to be about $900-1000. the darton sleeves are only about $75 each, so most of it is the labor. basically the process is they will fill the area around the sleeves, then bore out the sstock sleeves, deck the block, then put the iron sleeves in, weld it all up, deck it again. we are having a shop that builds winston cup motors prep our block. the shop doing the assembly keeps talking about 700hp, 800hp and more...though we are just going to aim for 500hp since it will be in an accord that will see at least 500 miles a week.
