I thought B20 have thicker cylinder wall which make it stronger then all other B series block ? ? ? you mean that a bored and resleeve a LS block will be stronger then a B20 ? ? ? ?

B20s have one-piece sleeves that are thicker than other B series sleeves, but the area between the sleeves isn't all that strong, and is where they usually fail. Yes, a resleeved LS block will be stronger than a stock B20.
