i know the basics (materials,diff between 4-2-1 and 4-1)

What the best header for sensible money with good ground clearance?

DC, Greddy most brands make a good header. It's just material and how much you spend. I couldn't tell you which on is the "best"

yeh i know, i was hoping a few people might put what headers they have on there cars, with what gains and ground clearance they have found them to have.

This book may help with the power question. A 4 into 1 with the collector under the car is usually worse for ground clearance then a tri Y but it all depends on where the collector is. I would personally take a 4to1 with the collector under the car over everything else.
