Cam Seal - 92 Accord

What is involved in replacing the cam seal on a 92 Accord EX?

It's #30 in this pic:

You'll probably have to pull the cam holder/rocker arm assembly to get to it, unless you can just slide it out after removing the cam gear(which would be much easier).
