Um, there shouldn't be any coolant running into the cabin, unless the lines to your heater core are somehow leaking into the cabin.

Sounds like somebody has a busted heater core

another thing id like to add... If it is the heater core, it must be leaking ALOT of coolant because ive had to top off my radiator twice this week after the car had been running hot... How hard is it to replace the core, how much does it cost, AND most importantly... is there a way for me to PREVENT this problem until then??? Thanx

Yeah, heater cores leak like crazy when they're kaput.

The core is under the dash, so it's likely to be a healty PITA.
how much does it cost,
no idea, call around to local auto parts stores, there's no special name brands you need to worry about.

Yeah, don't use any heat. If worse comes to worse, put in a piece of generic heater hose connecting the heater core in and out hoses so that no fluid is directed into the cabin.

Looks like you're gonna have to pull the dash...

Default Follow up

Hey guys just to follow up.. its DEFINATELY antifreeze that is leaking all over my floor. While there are no coolant leaks under the hood, i looked under the dash and noticed that there was coolant leaking where the hoses connect with the core inside the vehicle. Any ideas on how to diagnose? im REALLY hoping its not the core... thanx
