Default weird third gear hesitation

I was in rush hour yesterday and I was in third gear going about 25 mph. I noticed that if I gave my 98 EX 5-speed just a bit of gas, it would hesitate (if you rock back and fourth in your chair, that's what it was like). If you gave it WOT, it wouldn't happen, and it doesn't happen in any other gears. I just replaced the plugs with NGK-Rs about a month ago.

Any ideas?

It was probably bogging because 25mph is kinda slow for 3rd gear, and when you gave it partial throttle, it didn't respond too well.

you're bogging it out going that slow. Don't be affraid to downshift! Normally I won't shift into a gear unless I'm at least 1000X the gear I'm going into. So, I never shift into 2nd below 20mph, or 3rd below 30mph, etc, etc. Otherwise you will get that bogging. Totally normal.

Thanks for your responses. I would say it's bogging, too. I drove my girlfriend's 98 EX sedan (stock except intake) and it did the same thing in 3rd.

A few of my friends were saying cap and rotor may need to be replaced. But, I'm just going to keep my eye on it.
