If you run out of injector, I would get larger injectors instead of upping the fuel pressure. I would rather eliminate as many tuning variables as possible rather than create more, but that is just me.

A set of 310's shouldn't be too expensive and would definitely provide enough fuel for your application.

i have some 440cc's from the turbo build, will they be too big?

i also have a adj fpr (not connected) which ill leave on untill mapped just in case.

what approx power figure should i be running/expecting from my build?
My friend has just got a stock ukdm ITR (187bhp) and he is quicker than me
I honestly expected to be slightly quicker.

MY build is as follows-
*B16a with ek9 pistons
*B16a2 head (skimmed 30 thou) with skunk2 stage 2 cams
*7.5lb flywheel
*S80 lsd tranny
*CAI
*full 2 1/4 exhaust
*OEM cat convertor
*C/R is at around 12.1.1

you need to have the car tuned!! it's tough to say what number you should expect but you should be quicker than him unless he's a better driver.

Thanks, thats good to hear.

In all honesty i'd have to say i am a better driver than him, none the less he's competant through the gears aswell.

Car is booked in for the 20th for RR, would i be silly to expect 200bhp?

it's possible to get between 190 to 200bhp with that set-up, it depends on how good the tuner is! you should also get a set of 310cc injectors and a larger throttlebody (68mm or 70mm). are you using hondata or any other tunenable program in your ecu or is it a completely ecu??

Another quick question....
Im still using a b16 intake manifold and t/b (58mm i believe) my freind says
this will really restrict my build, what size t/b would u guys recommend?
And i presume a skunk2 or ITR intake manifold would be good?
