Vaccum leak problem?
check ur sparkplug gap it may make ur idle cleaner it made my gsr run realy funny. i think a d16 is a single wire o2 and a b16 is a 4 wire. this might be a wild guess but unplug ur tps and try running it and clean the iac valve. i tried it and my car ran better. its a little wierd . so iam in the process in rebuilding a harness from scrach.

i tired adjusting the air fuel fuel screw in the tb.note: that while adjusting the screw map has to be unpluged. i just just found out the hunting in my was caused high fuel presure and a leaking turbo seal cause the sparkplugs to cake.
Well, i replaced the o2 sensor with a new one and the CEL light has disappeared now.
As it idles fine when cold, i thought that would have solved it at first.....but it hasnt, as soon as it had warmed up it started hunting again.
I then borrowed a friends idle control valve off his car, and it still does the same thing, i also checked the pins where the correct way round in the plug (they were the wrong way, so fixed that)
I then removed the throttle body, and cleaned all the vaccum channels etc out, again didnt solve the problem.
The flat headed screw on the intake manifold (IACV screw??) has been moved from STD position when it was turboed, a friend says that has a affect on the TPS, as it reads voltage from the TPS to start using the idle control valve.
Im gonna check the voltages tomorrow, and make double sure all vaccum leads are not leaking tomorrow.

i looked over my vacuum lines and the hoses on my fuel regulator and iabs were switch and some of my problems went away but my motor is a gsr so it might be a little different. i have a wierd thought my tps is messed up, everytime i unplug it, it runs fine but with a lack of power. i still get a cel # 17 every once in a while i got one today. i honestly believe that my enegine harness is wired wrong. dont think if i got some kind of enigine mangement it would fix my problems.

Try spraying around the manifold and vacuum connections with carb cleaner to find your possible vacuum leak. If you have a leak, it will suck it up and cause the engine to stumble.
TPS and IACV aren't related. The IACV is controlled completely by the ECU and maintains proper idle speed based on ECT.

If you used a known good IACV and the problem persists, the problem has to exist in the wiring or ECU. Is it still throwing a code for IACV? Have you tried another known good ECU?

Ill double check the vacuum hoses tomorro to see if i can find a leak.
If that doesnt do it on sunday ill try my friends ecu.
Its really confusing me, as it will idle fine occasionally...then start hunting again. Thers no pattern to when it does it if u get me?
Ive checked again for any vacuum leaks, and ther definately isnt any.
I have a 7.?lb steel flywheel and skunk 2 stage 2 cams running on a stock ecu at the moment, that couldnt be the cause could it??
Ive got my hands on another 'good' IACV, so i'll fit that just incase its a intermittant faulty unit.

Have you checked the vacuum lines between your PCV, Canister and intake manifold? It sounds weird but that can cause idle walking.
How hard did you run it when it was turboed? It could be a rocker arm.
When you did the new N/A build do you take a look at all of your contact surfaces in your timing/valve assembly? That's one thing about the VTEC heads is they tend to develope idle issues when there's uneven wear between the rocker arm and the cam lobes (even just one).
