Im confused

 

i'm still converting to obd1, why? because i'm tired of looking for a p13 obd2 ecu. but i'm still looking to convert my car back to obd2 as soon as i do a little more research (need to stay smog legal). i just came upon a very interesting question and that was do 97+ JDM ECU's have immobilizers?? i've been getting mixed answers about this and wasnt really sure. i just need to know if jdm ecu's really do or dont have immobilizers in them?? i know for sure that the usdm's do. i found out that the p5m ecu would work with the h22, all i need with that is the sport tronic tranny.
