Default b18b turbo setup

hey hows everyone doing?!?.. Well I'm new here and I just wanted a ask you guys a few questions, maybe you can help me out...
well I did a engine swap to my 97 civic coupe and put in a Acura integ Ls "b18b" engine (got it for free). Well, now I want to turbo it; I heard the Garrett T-25 turbo is excellent. The hp that I'm trying to make is around 250-300hp. Is it possible to tell me what should I do to make this kind of hp?? any internals thats mandatory that I need to change ex?...i don't want my engine to blow up..thanks, take care!

a t25 is on the small side. you'd need to run a lot of boost with that turbo to make the kind of power you want, running into efficiency issues with the turbo itself.

the engine itself is easily capable of holding that kind of power on stock internals if it's still healthy. the most important aspect will be the tune. for peace of mind and if you ever want to make more power in the future, if you can afford it, do forged rods and pistons.
