Default Questions about a B16A swap

so i have an 89 civic si, put a piston rod through the engine block a couple months back. Anyways i'd like to swap a motor in, and i gots to do it sometime soon, so i was looking around to see what would be the best bang for my buck, with an easy installation. I saw that i can buy the B16A motor with OBD 0 (thats what my car current has) for reletivly cheap and i was wondering how difficult is the swap? Since my car is OBD 0, do i have to do any wiring or can i just drop the engine on my tranny, swap ecu's and start her up?
