I was just wondering what can you possible do to improve an already kickass Na k20a motor without boosting it?
I mean you can't switch parts from other motors because its already the best from its class and switching anything else would just down grade it right?

There are certainly ways to improve the nat-asp performance of the K20A, but none of them are cheap. I would swap in a K24A2 block and punch it out to about 2500cc. Combined with aftermarket rods & pistons, raise the compression ratio back up to about 11.0:1.

Examples of this setup have made 270+hp on pump gas, with more torque than a Honda motor should be entitled to. :run:

you can easily get away with running really high compression like 13:1 and big cams on pump gas with a k series. i'd do that and a big bump in displacement.
