There are certainly ways to improve the nat-asp performance of the K20A, but none of them are cheap. I would swap in a K24A2 block and punch it out to about 2500cc. Combined with aftermarket rods & pistons, raise the compression ratio back up to about 11.0:1.

Examples of this setup have made 270+hp on pump gas, with more torque than a Honda motor should be entitled to. :run:
