Header or High Flow Cat

Heres my question,

I have a ULEV 2000 I4.
Stock header
Stock Exhast
Stock Cat.

I want to change my Cat and get a HIGH FLOW CAT, also what would my gains be?

the stock cat is not very restrictive unless it's clogged to hell or you're moving lots of air. at this point, i doubt either of those apply.

Almost no gains on either of those mods by themselves.

The F series engines aren't being held back much by the stock equip.
