how to put cams in?

what do i have to do to put cam gears in?
do i need a new belt for the cams?
do i have to time my car after i instal them?

IMO since you are asking these questions, it would NOT be a good idea for you to put cam gears in...

Of COURSE the engine must be timed if the cams are removed
